Stage 2 (1-2 months)

  • Execute confidentiality agreements

  • Arrange company and acquirer meetings

  • Negotiate term sheets on behalf of Company to acceptable terms

  • Sign term sheet

Stage 3 (2-3 months)
  • Assist in Due Diligence

  • Negotiate and draft investment documents

  • Close the transaction

This service involves a review of the proposed transaction to minimize the financial, tax and legal risks for the client.
